By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BcA. Juraj Růžička / SoundRoseStudio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Intellectual Property

The owner of the music itself is BcA. Juraj Růžička / SoundRoseStudio. By purchasing a licence you are allowed to use the music in a way specified in the Licensing Terms, but the music stays owned exclusively by its author, SoundRoseStudio. You may not use the purchased music in any other way than stated in the Licence Agreement. Please do read the Licence Agreement carefully. Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, or modification of any part of the site without the permission of SoundRoseStudio is prohibited and may lead to actions and lawsuits.

Refund/Return Policy

SoundRoseStudio does not accept refund / return requests. We provide for you the “download preview” option, so you can download the watermarked music track and try it in your project. When you decide to buy the licence, from that moment on it is on your personal responsibility. Any further refund / return requests won’t be taken into account.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Customization

The customer may ask SoundRoseStudio for customization. SoundRoseStudio may choose not to comply with the request, if the request is not possible to perform or if it will interfere with the music itself in a way that is not acceptable for the owner of the intellectual property. If you wish to have a customization done, it is strongly recommended to ask SoundRoseStudio if this customization is possible before you buy the licence.

Privacy

At certain points in the SoundRoseStudio website navigation, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in these Terms and Conditions, such information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without your express written consent.

Your email address will only be used to send you the SoundRoseStudio newsletter and/or to alert you to any information that you have specifically requested you be notified about.

Links to Other Websites

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by SoundRoseStudio.

SoundRoseStudio has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

Changes to This Agreement

SoundRoseStudio reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
